My Own Biggest Fan

I didn’t know who Lindon Leader was before I read this interview. But damnit if it isn’t one of the most inspiring talks I have read from a designer in ages. I think it is the informality that gets me.

Izzum this month is mine to design and I was only half looking forward to it after last time. If you think about how these things that we make, just so people will be interested enough to pick them up, or recognize them from “five blocks away” and that people actually notice the fruits of a mind twisted by typographical obsessive compulsiveness once in awhile, it� well it is is just nice, that’s all.
